A room in my home is available for rent to a female, who is clean-living, mature-minded, responsible, RESPECTFUL (to people, their privacy, property and rules), reliable with the rent and looking for a place to call home for a longer term.
You must be ok with animals.(1 little dog)
The house is located in a beautiful part of Narre Warren South, next to Berwick Springs estate. There is a bus 2 minutes away from the house, there are 3 shopping centres and beautiful parks which are walking distance from here. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The room is nice and clean, with walk-in-wardrobe and roller shutters. You would have use of your own bathroom and toilet.
You must pay a bond $800 and the monthly rent $800 - BEFORE you move in. Rent would be payable MONTHLY and IN ADVANCE.
I would prefer a female who is empoyed or a student.
