Sales & Customer Service Representative in FOUNTAIN GATE, Victoria

We are seeking a young, enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative, to kick off our sales and marketing campaign in Melbourne.
The Sales Representative will report to the General Manager but will be required to work unsupervised on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will need to meet the below requirements:
Intermediate Computer skills
Ability to confidently develop a new customer base
Motivation to achieve agreed sales targets
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and some overnight travel
Customer focused and understand and address customers needs
Perseverance in striving to create and achieve results
A current VIC driving license and suitable vehicle
Primary role functions will be:
Build strong relationship with new and existing clients
Maintain a regular call cycle to potential and existing customers.
Contribute to the development of business through sales initiatives.
To proactively ensure sales targets are achieved.
Develop new business, in line with company strategy and policies.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will ideally be a proven high achiever in sales, with a technical background and understanding of the IT industry being an advantage, but not an absolute necessity.
Along with this technical understanding, the candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills and will have the ability to develop close working relationships whilst also maintaining sound and profitable customer relationships.
Wage and Inclusions:
HIOD IT will provide the candidate with an hourly wage of $20.00 per hour.
Training documentation, computer equipment (laptop), mobile phone and 3G Internet will be provided. Personal use of this equipment will be allowed, within reasonable limits.
Hours:
The position currently available is a part time role of two days a week (Monday and Tuesday) 9am to 5pm, with the ability to work remotely ? the choice is yours.
